We’re recruiting dedicated Support Workers to join our growing agency in the Salisbury area, supporting children, young adults, and adults with complex needs, including Learning Disabilities, Autism, mental health, and trauma.

You’ll work across residential homes, supported living, and supported accommodation, helping service users reach their full potential.

• Fully engaging and person-centred in their support

• Confident with safeguarding procedures

• Patient, caring, and reliable

• Comfortable working both within a team and lone working

Previous experience in care or support work is essential.
