Recruitment Agency
First for Support was founded in 2019 by Beata Cudzik, a Chartered Manager with nearly a decade of experience in corporate social care recruitment. She wanted to create an agency that raised standards in care recruitment by combining compassion with compliance.
Starting from her home office, Beata moved into the company’s first office in November 2020 and hired her first team member in February 2021, followed by another in June the same year. Both remain with the business today, reflecting the loyalty, consistency and values that define First for Support.
Today, the agency is a trusted staffing partner for children’s homes, adult residential services, supported living and housing providers across the South East, South West and Manchester.

Our dedicated consultants provide responsive staffing support seven days a week, 365 days a year, including weekends and bank holidays. While our office hours are 9am 5pm, we also operate an out-of-hours on-call service to ensure shifts are covered and clients always have support when it s needed most. Every placement is compliant, and every person feels supported.
