Job Description:

We are working with companies based in Salisbury who provide support for adults and children with learning difficulties and/or mental health diagnoses. They focus on improving behaviour by understanding it rather than focusing on the challenges of it.They empower by being proactive in supporting each person as an individual and are now looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to support in times of need.

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for providing emotional and practical support to clients by managing their behaviour, maintaining boundaries and supporting their development and individuality. Your aim will be to inspire and motivate service users to engage, improve social skills, and overall building upon their confidence and life skills.

Support Workers who have previous experience in a similar setting and will be willing to go the extra mile to ensure that they live in a secure and safe environment. All applicants must have previous experience of working within a challenging setting, positive outlook and be empathetic to individual situations. A full UK driving license is desirable but not essential.
