Support Worker

Portsmouth/Southampton

From £12.21 per hour (dependant on experience and qualification)

This exciting new opportunity to work with one of our well established clients has become available! They are a growing organisation looking for a passionate, driven and enthusiastic support worker to provide support to young people aged 16+ in support living settings. You will aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment, with a holistic approach to guide them with their personal growth.

This is a full time permanent position requiring flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate to the schedules of the young people in the home.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a similar setting and a passion for working with young people in care.

You will need to have or be willing to complete an NVQ Level 3.
