We are currently recruiting Temporary Support Workers to join our agency and provide support to the clients we work with. We are looking for caring, reliable, compassionate and dedicated support workers who are passionate about helping individuals maintain their independence, improve their well being and achieve positive outcomes in their lives.

As a Housing Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting clients with a range of housing-related needs, helping them maintain suitable accommodation, develop independent living skills and work towards greater stability. Our support workers provide practical, emotional and person-centred support, ensuring that each client is treated with dignity, respect and understanding.

We are looking for flexible Temporary Support Workers who can respond to the needs of our agency and the clients we support. As a temporary support worker, you may be required to work with different clients in a variety of settings, providing consistent, professional and compassionate support tailored to individual needs.

The role may involve supporting clients to manage their accommodation, maintain a safe and suitable living environment, attend appointments, access relevant services and develop the confidence and skills needed to live independently. Support workers may also assist clients with budgeting, daily living activities, tenancy-related responsibilities and accessing community resources where appropriate.

Our support workers must be able to build positive professional relationships with clients, maintain clear and accurate records, follow individual support plans and work in line with safeguarding procedures, confidentiality requirements and organisational policies. We expect all support workers to demonstrate professionalism, patience, empathy and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of the people they support.

Previous experience in housing support, supported accommodation, health and social care or a similar support worker role would be advantageous. However, we welcome applications from individuals who have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong commitment to providing high-quality support. Good communication skills, reliability, flexibility and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

As an agency, we understand the importance of having dependable support workers who can adapt to changing client needs and provide a consistent standard of care and support. We are therefore seeking temporary support workers who are available to work flexibly and are committed to delivering a positive experience for every client they support.

If you are a compassionate Housing Support Worker or Temporary Support Worker looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful difference, we would love to hear from you. Join our agency and become part of a team dedicated to empowering clients, promoting independence and supporting people to achieve better housing and life outcomes.

Apply today to join our team of dedicated support workers and help us make a real difference in the lives of the clients we support.
