Our client, based in the centre of Hampshire is opening a brand-new, four-bed therapeutic children’s home and are now looking for a Registered Manager with the heart, experience, and vision to lead it.
This is a unique opportunity to:
✅ Launch and register a new Ofsted-regulated home
✅ Build a trauma-informed, nurturing culture from the ground up
✅ Lead, inspire, and develop a brand-new residential care team
✅ Deliver exceptional care to children with emotional & behavioural needs
You’ll bring: ✔️ 2+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager
✔️ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
✔️ Proven track record in delivering high-quality, child-centred care
✔️ Compassion, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement
