Salary: £33,280 plus bonuses

Registered Manager Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day running of the house

Ensure all care plans are adhered to

Make sure that all compliance procedures are carried out

Monitor all employees’ delivery of service and provide further mentoring and training where needed

Complete audits and inspections up to the standards of CQC regulations

Ensure the house always maintains a safe and healthy environment

Registered Manager Requirements

Level 5 diploma or equivalent or working towards

Minimum of 2 years leadership and management experience

Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues and complex needs

Drive with own car
