Deputy Manager
Location: Barry, Vale of Glamorgan
Rate: £15.45ph

Are you a Deputy Manger or an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader looking to step up?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to work across two welcoming services in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs while progressing your own career in a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

As Deputy Manager, you will:
·Work alongside the Service Manager to maintain and enhance high standards of care and support
·Lead, coach and mentor a team of Support Workers
·Promote positive wellbeing, independence and person-centred outcomes
·Participate in an on-call rota
·Support adults in residential and respite settings with learning disabilities and/or complex needs
Requirements:
·QCF Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
·Willingness to work towards Level 4
·Confident using electronic systems
·Passionate about continuous improvement and best practice
·Professional, trustworthy and able to motivate others
·Compassionate, supportive and empowering
·A driver (essential - role covers two services)
