Job Description:

I am actively recruiting a Level 3 Qualified Support Worker on behalf of my client based in the Stoke – On – Trent area. This role will be working in a 2 bed EBD Home supporting young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties. This role would suit someone who holds a level 3 and has current or previous experience within a similar role.

Duties include, but not limited to:

·Building strong, positive relationships with the young people.

·Supporting their educational and emotional development.

·Planning and coordinating engaging & fun activities.

·Ensuring a structured, safe & comfortable home environment.

·Following regulatory processes which includes good administration.

·You will be dedicated to child safeguarding.

·You will be empathetic & form trusted relationships.

·You will be passionate about making a positive difference.

·Resilient, patient & capable of handling challenging behaviours.

·Proactive and creative in activity planning.

·Have good IT Skills.
