Senior Recruitment Consultant

Before joining First for Support, I worked in a residential nursing home. That role gave me a real appreciation for the difference that care workers make every day.
I now bring that experience into recruitment, helping to support both clients and candidates.

We all share a passion for the care sector, and I take great pride in working within a team that values people above all else.

Bea has created such a supportive and positive working environment that makes our work both meaningful and enjoyable.
