I have always loved caring for people, so I naturally gravitated towards the care sector. After working in a nursing home, I joined a residential home for young adults with learning difficulties, which was a very rewarding experience.
My years in care have given me a great understanding of what makes a supportive and effective team. I am proud to now use that experience in recruitment, helping providers across Hampshire and Dorset find reliable, compassionate staff.
I believe everyone deserves the best chance in life, especially children, and I take pride in matching people who share that same commitment to care.
Jane graduated from the University of London with a BA (Hons) and joined the recruitment industry in 2000. She commenced as a trainee consultant working in business support. During the 20 years he worked in the UK, Jane was promoted to Account Manager, responsible for a number of national contracts, working with the all industries. Relocating to the USA in 2007, Jane established herself in the Boston market and joined us in 2012, managing the temporary business support services team and was responsible for managing and developing the Boston branch, and from 2015 until recently, she was responsible for managing the temporary recruitment services team in Boston. As of 2019, Jane is currently responsible for recruiting in the all sectors.
