I have worked in the care sector for seven years, mostly supporting elderly people living with dementia. I met Natalie when we worked together in a nursing home, and now we continue that journey here at First for Support.
Because we have been Support Workers ourselves, we genuinely understand the sector and what clients and candidates need to feel supported.

Jane graduated from the University of London with a BA (Hons) and joined the recruitment industry in 2000. She commenced as a trainee consultant working in business support. During the 20 years he worked in the UK, Jane was promoted to Account Manager, responsible for a number of national contracts, working with the all industries. Relocating to the USA in 2007, Jane established herself in the Boston market and joined us in 2012, managing the temporary business support services team and was responsible for managing and developing the Boston branch, and from 2015 until recently, she was responsible for managing the temporary recruitment services team in Boston. As of 2019, Jane is currently responsible for recruiting in the all sectors.
