I started my career as a Resourcer in 2008 and Compliance Officer in a construction company before moving into corporate social care recruitment. My years of experience in the sector inspired my vision for how care recruitment should be run, with compassion, respect and integrity.
I founded First for Support in 2019 to create an agency that prioritises quality care and professional standards.
I believe the work our staff do is often underappreciated, and I am proud to show that care workers can and should be treated with respect and value.
I have a particular passion for supporting children and young people in challenging settings, and that continues to shape how we work today.
